These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Future Base Developments Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and any individual or entity that contracts with it or uses its services (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"). These terms apply to all sectors of the company, including construction and contracting, maintenance services, hospitality and hotels, automotive services, and personal services.
1. Construction, Contracting, and Infrastructure Sector: The Company is committed to executing general construction for residential and non-residential buildings, government facilities, prefabricated buildings, and airports, in addition to road works and renovations, according to the approved technical specifications and plans. The Company’s responsibility begins from the date of site handover and ends at the expiration of the agreed warranty period. The Company is not liable for any modifications made by the client without prior written consent.
2. Hospitality and Food Services Sector: All bookings in hotels, hotel apartments, villas, resorts, and the management of accommodation facilities are subject to availability and official booking procedures. The Company is committed to providing food services in restaurants, cafeterias, and mobile food trucks in accordance with applicable health, safety, and municipal regulations.
3. Automotive and Maintenance Services Sector: When providing mechanical, electrical, and electronic repair services, or washing and lubrication services, the client acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle. The maintenance warranty is limited to manufacturing defects in replaced parts or poor technical execution only.
4. Personal Services and Laundry Sector: In laundry and dry cleaning services, the Company exerts maximum effort to care for textiles but is not responsible for damage to sensitive fabrics affected by standard cleaning processes or due to manufacturing defects. Regarding salons, the Company is committed to providing services according to the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization.
5. Financial Obligations and Payment: The client is obligated to pay all fees for services as per the issued invoices. In construction projects, the payment schedule linked to completion stages must be followed. The Company reserves the right to suspend any service if the client fails to make payments on time.
6. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the jurisdiction where the activity is conducted. In the event of any dispute, an amicable settlement shall be sought; otherwise, local courts shall have jurisdiction over the matter.
